I was digging through some old posts and emails from the fans and started seeing a common theme. Some of you think this is actually Justine maintaining the blog (It is not) and were asking me questions as if I were her. Others just sent emails asking questions about what Justine has been up to and some other interesting questions that I wish I could answer.
So I thought of writing a quick post to see if any of you had specific questions you would like answered by our favorite internet celeb. She might answer them, she may not, but I’ll do what I can to get them in front of her. In fact she may just answer your comments since she stops by this site from time to time.

There are a bazillion t-shirt companies out there but Johnny Cupcakes is different. As the story goes, Johnny was always in trouble at school getting repressed by the administration for selling things. From gag gifts and candy, he was making more money than the school was. After dropping out of college he picked up arts and crafts by designing buttons and pens for bands and businesses. Little did he know his life was going to change while working a silk screen and creating his first Johnny Cupcakes shirt. After a ton of requests he hit the road selling them at concerts.
Wearing my Johnny Cupcakes t-shirt to work caused quite the stir up. Not only did everyone I work with want a t-shirt, but most of the customers wanted one as well! While at work, I’d get heaps of compliments, questions, smiles and requests for my t-shirt
Now that’s all a fond memory and Johnny has his clothing sold in stores all over the world. Which is what it would take for iJustine to want to wear your clothes (Just kidding Johnny). Johnny Cupcakes is a story of rags to riches and hasn’t let the mammoth clothing companies give him any crap. From a post on their blog called “Fake teeth fixed”, Johnny pulled out a can of whoop ass on the CEO of Billabong for stealing a design, not really, but it sounds better than ‘takes legal action’. Thanks Derek.
Don’t feel left out if you don’t have a Johnny Cupcakes near you. There online store has a bunch of freshly baked treats for you and they have a better bake sale than Sibbys. No wonder Justine likes this place so much. She seems to gravitate to anything involving treats or starts with the letter “i”. (She’s predictable like that.) My take on it is that anyone who takes the time to hand pack a random ninja turtle for an order is alright in my book.
When packing these orders, I’d always throw in little random gifts. I use to collect toys, so I had all these random boxes of Ninja Turtles, Ghostbusters, Garbage Pail Kids trading cards. Taking time to hand pack these orders & throw in one random vintage trading card, would put an extra smile on everyones face(as long as they don’t eat that stale stick of gum from decades ago)!
From a novel idea to a full blown multi national corporation. Johnny Cupcakes shirts are the best there are. Thanks for showing me that dreams come true and that they taste good. If it wasn’t for iJustine I may have never known you existed and now I want to order a bakers dozen and call it a day.
Before joining the witness protection program it looks like iJustine and Brookers made a video about faces. Let me warn you, there are some strange ones in this video.
